On Wednesday 21st April the final 20 houses of Koppelweg, Dorfmark Project were officially signed over. All 85 houses have now been completed with Herr Hoffmann and Herr Masanek, both Managing Directors of the Building Firm Masanek, who were responsible for building the Private Financial Incentive Estate, signed the lease agreement over with Head of Defence Estates, Mr Colin Ramsay with Mrs Anja Smith and the BiMA representative. HCSO Lt Col (Retd) Gordon Denholm accepted the properties as the properties as the Fallingbostel Housing and Community Support Officer and soldiers have already started to move in.

Lt Col (Retd) Gordon Denholm is delighted with the new houses and thanked both Herr Masanek and Herr Hoffmann for “delivering quality housing on time and with no fuss.” He also thanked the Bauleiter, Herr Ger Kemsies for his hard work in delivering the estate.
