Troops on exercise in Canada have not missed out on a key promotion course despite being more than 4,500 miles from their base in Paderborn – thanks to the efforts of an Army teacher from 41 Army Education Centre.
Educational and Training Services (ETS) officer Lieutenant Maz Kingston delivered the course to the corporals from The 1st Battalion The Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment (1PWRR) at the end of the gruelling Exercise Medicine Man in BATUS last month.
Both teacher and pupils were forced to live off their vehicles for more than 3 weeks without returning to the relative comforts of camp before being able to focus on the vital JNCO Command Leadership Management (CLM) course. |
