The 1st Bn Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment wives club otherwise known as Charlie’s Angels held a Chick Flick night in the Kaleidoscope cinema in Barker Barracks, Paderborn on Friday Jan 16th.  With over 60 ladies from not only the battalion but other units in attendance the night began with pre film drinks in the cinema foyer.  Following that was the main event, of course the showing of Mama Mia. 

The cinema was soon filled with the sound and sight of the girls singing and dancing their hearts out to the much loved Abba classics.  Once the curtain had come down it was time to head off to the Tiger’s Den where all were treated to a fantastic hot buffet, splendidly prepared and presented by LCpl Tubbs.  A great night was rounded off by Tony and his Vortex disco and karaoke, a fantastic night was had by all and special thanks go to Pte’s Thomas and Roe for playing their part in a great night.
