Conditions are restrictions that BFEYS places on registration. Providers must meet these conditions at all times they provide registered care, as well as other requirements for registration. It is an offence not to meet conditions unless the provider has a reasonable excuse. If there are no conditions displayed then BFEYS has not restricted the registration.

- May care for no more than 6 children under 8 years; of these, not more than 3 may be under 5 and of these, not more than one may be under 1 year at any one time
- May provide overnight care for 1 child under 8 years
- Must not use the master bedroom or the cellar
