It’s not all about complaints!
If you feel we have done particularly well then please tell us.
This might include a member of staff who you feel has gone out of their way to help you.
Or if you feel a doctor, nurse or medic has put in an extra special effort during your treatment then please tell us.
The staff do work hard to try to help you and it is always a pleasure to be told when things have gone well.

Unless you tell us, we won’t know if we haven’t been able to meet your expectations.
