BFG Health Service provide healthcare services to military personnel based in Germany, the civilian support, their dependants and other entitled personnel.

Please make sure you check your entitlements, register with your local Medical Centre as soon as you arrive in BFG and print the contact telephone numbers for the Medical Centre in your Garrison.

Call your Medical Centre if you need urgent care advice. Out of Hours, your call will divert to a telephone advice service provided throughout the night. In a medical emergency, call 112.

If you are attending or admitted to a hospital, please call the hospital hotline on 0800 588 99 36 to get in touch with a Hospital Liaison Officer. The line is manned 24/7. Calls are free from a landline. Calls made from a mobile may be charged.
