Nijmegen Marches 2012 (NM12)

NM12 will be held on 17-20 Jul 2012.  The Stage 2 (Team Member Declaration) deadline for teams and individuals who wish to participate as part of the BMC has now passed.  

Team Managers (TM) / Team Leaders (TL) should have received notification of their places directly from the Nijmegen Marches Registrations Officer (NMRO), along with their Stage 3 forms.  The Stage 3 deadline is 22 Jun 12.  All teams and individuals must submit their Notification of Movements form along with any special dietary requirements forms and a media brief form (optional) by this date.  Teams who required BMC ID cards should now have received them and must ensure they are completed and laminated prior to arrival at Heumensoord Camp.  Cadet teams must also forward their insurance and messing fees to HQAC at this time.

All teams and individuals are advised to check the current Team Status spreadsheet (shown in the Registration Documents Library below) to establish whether any information is outstanding for their team.  Failure to supply this information will result in personnel being moved to the reserve list and their places reallocated.  Priority for reserve places will be given to those who have completed their paperwork accurately and on time. 

This webpage will be used as a primary means of communication with TM/TL.  In particular, the Team Status spreadsheet will be updated regularly during the next 2 months so please check this website as often as you can.  Further deadlines and instructions may be found in the Defence Instruction Notice and Joint Service Entry Procedures and General Information Booklet, (shown in the Registration Documents Library).
