British Forces Germany Health Service web pages have been given a fresh new look in an effort to clarify how to access local medical services and create a platform to communicate up to date public health information relevant to the BFG community, in the best possible delay.

Calling All Units!  Teams Wanted For 27th IMM – (Especially Girls)

The International Mönchengladbach Military Skills Competition (IMM) sees its 27th anniversary in June and there is still time for units to submit entries.  Any unit, including TA units, can take part in this very challenging and popular multi-national event, which requires brains, brawn and fitness in equal measure.

BA(G) Soldiers Tackle Rugby Sevens

The annual BA(G) Inter Unit Rugby Sevens Competition was recently held in JHQ at the Rugby Pavilion. Squads from across BFG travelled to Rheindahlen for the competition and were greeted with glorious sunshine which continued to shine throughout the day.

British Bobbies Brief BFG Bikers
Twenty seven bikers from across British Forces Germany and Shape recently took part in a United kingdom Support Command (UKSC) Motorcycle Safety Project.  Exercise BIKESAFE (BFG) is a course that is designed to make motorcyclists more aware of the dangers on the road and to make them more proficient as a rider.

Royal Navy Footballers Tackle Teams in Germany
The Royal Navy Senior Squad Football team based in Portsmouth was in BFG last week to play two matches.  The first game was against professional team, Borussia Mönchengladbach Under 23s, at their home ground and the second was with British Army (Germany) at JHQ. 
Rehab Passport Helps British Forces Germany Soldiers Get Fit For Duty Quicker
A new rehabilitation initiative to speed up soldiers’ recovery from injury has been launched in British Forces Germany. Since 1 February 2010 all soldiers receiving treatment from BFG Health Service Rehabilitation facilities are issued with a Rehabilitation Passport.
